Issue 8 was a special issue composed entirely of black-and-white posters by artists, that respond to the political turmoil of the present moment of the USA today, in crisis in an election season. The Third Rail is a free nonprofit periodical devoted to a discussion of modern and contemporary art, politics, philosophy, and culture based in Minneapolis, is an editorially independent affiliate of The Brooklyn Rail.
